BHN is looking for two new volunteers for our Welcome Centre Monday drop-in:
- Welcome Centre Volunteer Chef
- Welcome Centre Volunteer Kitchen Clean-up Manager
These two roles provide an amazing opportunity to support destitute asylum seekers in Bristol with a hot meal every Monday. The food at our Welcome Centre is the central focus of our Monday BHN community, but we need to have more consistent volunteers managing this part of our service - and that's where you come in!
We need individuals who are energetic, passionate about cooking and happy to work with people from various nations around the world. We are happy to provide training in Food Hygiene, but if you already have this qualification, then brilliant!
Please apply by writing about why you would like to volunteer and a little bit about yourself.
Hours: 10:30am - 1:30pm, one Monday every fortnight.
Location, Easton Christian Family Centre, Beaufort Street, Easton, Bristol, BS5 0SQ
Closing Date: 9am Monday 2nd March 2020.
