We're very excited to invite you to this year's Annual Feast, which we're holding from 1pm on Saturday 14th October at Easton Christian Family Centre (Beaufort Street, BS5 0SQ).Our 'Annual Feast' is what most charities refer to as their Annual General Meeting (AGM). We like to use the opportunity to have a good meal and chat together, before catching up about what BHN has been up to over the last year and what we have planned for the next!After the meal and AGM we also have some discussion groups organised (4pm - 6.30pm) so that we can learn more about your ideas for BHN. We really want to hear your thoughts about how we could develop and grow, so please could you answer this quick survey? We would love you to stay on for the discussion groups, if you can, to really join in and help shape our future - and we promise there will be lots of tea and cake!The event is free to attend, and we welcome everyone who participates in BHN or is interested in learning more about us. Please email us beforehand if you want to do this.New Trustees: We're really pleased that Leila Nicholas and Laura Barrow are willing to be trustees of BHN, and at the meeting we will be asking charity members to formally vote on this. We would also love to find people with experience on seeking asylum to join the trustees. If you are a member then you can propose anyone else to be a trustee by contacting us before the meeting.We hope to see you there!
